These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between GCSE Math Pro and the student who enrolls in the tuition classes.
- The Instructor agrees to provide instruction and guidance to the Student in a specific subject or course.
- The Student agrees to attend classes regularly, complete assignments, and participate in activities as instructed by the Instructor.
- The Student agrees to pay the course fee in full before the first class.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer, online payment platforms, or cash.
- Failure to pay the course fee on time may result in cancellation of the enrollment.
- The Student is expected to attend classes regularly and punctually.
- The Student is responsible for any damage caused to the classroom or equipment in case of in person tuitions.
- The Instructor reserves the right to dismiss a Student who fails to comply with classroom rules or disrupts the learning environment.
- The Instructor may cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the Student.
- The Student may cancel their enrollment at least 10 days prior to the first class for a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued after the start of the course.
- All materials provided by the Instructor, including notes, assignments, and handouts, remain the intellectual property of the Instructor.
- The Student agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without permission from the Instructor.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law.
By enrolling in these tuition classes, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
